# Auto-ship Payment Error

Here’s what you need to check when you encounter a payment in your Auto-ship payment:

* Check your account and make sure that there is a card on file. The card needs to be added in this section to allow our system to bill it.

* If the credit card detail is only added to the Subscriptions tab it will not work unfortunately. At the moment there is no card saved for our system to charge for your auto-ship.
