Click & Collect Service Ending from 1 July 2026
Click & Collect Service Ending from 1 July 2026
From 1 July 2026, Pet Chemist will no longer offer Click & Collect or walk-in purchases from our Tweed Heads warehouse. All orders will be delivered directly to customers by courier.
Why is Click & Collect ending?
Pet Chemist is an online pharmacy and dispatch centre. Our systems, team, and warehouse operations are designed specifically for packing and shipping orders efficiently.
To continue improving delivery speed and service, we’ve made the decision to focus entirely on what we do best — getting orders packed and delivered to customers as quickly as possible.
When is the last day customers can use Click & Collect?
The final day for Click & Collect is 30 June 2026.
From 1 July 2026, all Pet Chemist orders will be delivery-only via courier services.
Can customers still pick up urgent orders?
No. From 1 July 2026, we will no longer have staff available to serve customers at the warehouse door.
If a pet requires medication urgently, we recommend customers contact their veterinarian for a temporary supply while waiting for delivery.
Will orders still arrive quickly?
Yes. Most metro east coast deliveries arrive within 3–6 business days.
Customers can also choose faster options at checkout, including:
- Priority Processing (moves the order to the front of the queue)
- Express Shipping
- StarTrack Premium Shipping
How do customers place orders now?
Customers can continue ordering online as normal:
- Visit petchemist.com.au
- Add products to cart
- Choose a preferred delivery method at checkout

How do prescription orders work now?

The original prescription must still be posted to:
PO Box 999 Tweed Heads NSW 2485
