# Credit Card payment issue

We’re currently experiencing an issue affecting **credit card payments. This is a payment processing issue affecting many businesses Australia wide.**

This is due to a **temporary outage with our payment provider (Braintree)**. As a result, credit and debit card transactions may fail at checkout.

The issue is being investigated and we hope that it is fixed very soon. PayPal payments, at this stage are unaffected so you could try pay via Paypal now, or come back later to complete your order.
