Orders placed before 5 PM on weekdays are generally dispatched the next business day. Delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method and location, with tracking details provided upon dispatch.

   * **Weekday Orders**: Orders placed before 5 PM are dispatched the following business day.
   * **Weekend Orders**: Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.
   * **Public Holidays and Busy Periods**: Slight delays may occur due to increased demand or closures.
2. **Shipping Options**:
   * **Australia Post eParcel (Express Post)**:
     * Fastest option for most locations.
     * Approx. **2–4 business days** for metro areas.
   * **Australia Post eParcel (Parcel Post)**:
     * Cost-effective for smaller parcels.
     * Approx. **4–10 business days**.
   * **Aramex Road Delivery (Flat Rate/Standard Parcel)**:
     * Ideal for heavy parcels and local deliveries (Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, and SE QLD).
     * **Longer transit times** – can take up to **3 weeks** depending on location.
     * Aramex **cannot deliver** to Australia Post parcel lockers or PO boxes.
