Pet Chemist does not have a retail outlet but offers a **free Click-and-Collect service** for local customers in the Tweed Heads and Gold Coast area.

1. **Click-and-Collect Service**:
   * Place your order online as usual.
   * Select **"Click-And-Collect"** as the shipping method at checkout.
   * Complete payment for your order online.
2. **Collection Details**:
   * **Location**: 29-31 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South, NSW 2486.
   * **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
   * Orders are **not ready** for collection until you receive an **email and SMS confirmation**, which will include the pick-up location.
