Editing my Order

You can indeed edit, revise and make changes to your order details, provided that the order has not yet entered the processing phase. Once an order reaches the processing stage, our ability to accommodate changes may become limited.

To initiate a request for alterations to your order, please fill in the Pet Chemist Edit/Cancel Order Request Form.

We will endeavour to update this before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched.
