How do I skip or edit the dates for my upcoming AutoShip deliveries?

To manage your upcoming AutoShip deliveries, just login to your Pet Chemist account and select “Subscriptions” from the sub menu. Under “Upcoming Shipments” you can select to change the date or skip that particular shipment. If you need that shipment soon, you can also select “Ship Now” to push your order through ASAP. Please note our AutoShip orders are billed once daily, if you need your AutoShip shipment urgently, then please contact customer service via live chat.
