How to order the repeats on the prescription

To place a repeat order for medication at Pet Chemist, search for your medication on our website and follow the checkout process.

Instructions

1. Search for Medication
2. Add the medication you need to your cart.
3. Proceed to Checkout and complete your order.
4. You do not need to fill in the prescription upload form if you do not have a new prescription to send in. Our processing team will automatically use any valid prescriptions we have on file to fill the order. if there is any issues with filling the order they will contact you to discuss.

• I’m not sure if I have any repeats left?

  You can still place an order and if there is any issues with filling it, we will contact you once we have checked your pets file.

• What if I don’t have any repeats left?

  You will need to obtain a new prescription from your vet before we can fulfill the order.
