How would I know if I still have a script on file?

To determine if you still have medication prescription repeats remaining / refills or a prescription on file for your pet, follow these simple steps:

1. Check the copy of the prescription - If you still have a copy of the script you sent us, you can see if the vet allowed any repeats.

2. Look for a Sticker: There should be a sticker on the last medication dispensed that indicates the number of repeats you have left - it might say zero if that dispense was the first time we used the script and we didn’t have the original on file yet.
