If I want my repeats or scripts returned, will you facilitate this?

Yes. The repeat prescription is your property, so if you want it returned, our pharmacist has a professional obligation to facilitate this. You may be charged for the cost of return postage, if required.

Our standard process is to hold your prescription safely on file. This helps avoid delays, unnecessary postage costs, and ensures your orders are processed quickly when needed.

Any pharmacy will require the original prescription plus any repeat slips attached the prescription to be on file prior to dispensing - including Pet Chemist. We cannot use a copy of photo of a prescription that has already been dispensed from. Please keep this in mind when organising to have this script dispensed, so you have plenty of time to allow for the script to arrive to the pharmacy in the mail.
