How to Place an Order for prescription medications

To place a medication order, you can follow these steps:

1. Find Your Medication: Use the search box on the website to locate the medication you need.

   

2. Add to Cart: On the product page, fill in your pets name (as it appears on the script) and click add to cart.

   

3. Checkout: Proceed to checkout by clicking “View Cart” to confirm your delivery method and complete payment. You can login to your existing account, Create an account, or check out as a guest (no account)

   

4. After completing the payment you should see the “Thank you for your order” page and your order number.

   

5. Prescription Upload (for new prescriptions): If you have a new prescription for this order, you need to fill in the “Prescription Upload” form to supply us with a photo of the script and confirmation that the original paper script has been posted to our pharmacy. You can access the form via the “Thank you for your order page” and the order confirmation email we send directly after placing the order.

   

6. Post Original Prescription: Post the original pen signed paper prescription via tracked mail to:

   PO Box 999

   Tweed Heads NSW 2485

If you are placing a repeat order and Pet Chemist Pharmacy already holds your original prescription with valid repeats, simply search for the medication, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You do not need to fill out the prescription upload form in this case.
