Returns Terms & Conditions

Should you wish to return a product, please take note of the following:

• Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date the tracking confirms it has been delivered to you.

• We accept returns for up to 14 days from the date of delivery, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging). For these purchases you can return your order for store credit.

• You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must request the return less than 14 days after the tracking confirms it has been delivered to you, and
• The returned item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Certain products cannot be returned to Pet Chemist, including:

• Prescription medication (see below for more information),
• Perishable products,
• Products that need to be stored at air conditioning temperatures (under 25 degrees C), and
• Products that are marked on our website as "non-returnable".

If you believe you are eligible for a return, then please reply email us at info@petchemist.com.au to discuss the nature of your return. Please include the following details in your return request:

• The order number
• The name the order was placed under
• The date the order was placed, and
• The products you would like to return (including quantity).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, including any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase.
