Script FAQs - Can You Dispense Off A Copy?

Pet Chemist Pharmacy requires the original, signed prescription documents to dispense medication. A copy can be uploaded to assist in preparing your order, but the original must be mailed to our office for processing.

Firstly, place your order at www.petchemist.com.au then,

1. Upload a Copy of Your Prescription

2. Mail the Original Prescription

3. Posting Instructions

   • Send your pet’s prescription to the following address (no stamp required):

4. For Urgent Orders

   • For urgent requests, we recommend using a tracked envelope, available from Australia Post for approximately $4.95.
