# Script FAQs - Can You Dispense Off A Copy?

Pet Chemist Pharmacy requires the original, signed prescription documents to dispense medication. A copy can be uploaded to assist in preparing your order, but the original must be mailed to our office for processing.

Firstly, place your order at www.petchemist.com.au then,


1. **Upload a Copy of Your Prescription**
2. **Mail the Original Prescription**
3. **Posting Instructions**
   * *Send your pet’s prescription to the following address (no stamp required):*

   ```

4. **For Urgent Orders**
   * *For urgent requests, we recommend using a tracked envelope, available from Australia Post for approximately $4.95.*
