Script FAQs - Processing & Dispatch Times Medication Orders

We can provide the initial supply of medication from a copy/photo of the prescription uploaded to our website, however the original pen signed prescription needs to be received by the pharmacist within 7 days. This is a legal requirement and not receiving the prescription in the mail may delay future orders.

Once you place the order online and upload your prescription, we generally process and dispatch the order the following business day (if you place the order on a Friday, then in most cases it will not be dispatched until Monday). Please note this cannot be guaranteed however due to variable stock levels.

Delivery time depends where you are located and the method of shipping you select. Australia Post Express delivery takes 1-2 business days to most metro areas. Please see our delivery information page by clicking here for more information.
