# What happens if my credit card was not successfully charged?

If we are unable to charge your credit card on the day your AutoShip order is due to be processed, we will send you an email to advise that your payment was unsuccessful. We will then retry the charge and email you if the payment was successful. Before any subsequent attempts, you will receive an email from us reminding you to fund your credit card or update your details. We will also email you when a charge has been processed on your credit card.
