What is your Pick Up Location?

If you have opted for the Click-and-Collect service also know as the Pick Up service, you have to take note of these things:

Our pick up location is in Tweed heads South, NSW. We only have the one warehouse at this time.

• Please note that we do not have a walk-in storefront and we are not able to accept cash or card payments on the premises. Your order will not be ready for collection until you receive an email and SMS from us.
• The SMS confirmation will also include the pick up location.
• Collection hours will remain 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
• Click and Collect Service is also known as Pick Up service.
